Volume 2 of A Sword for Peace and Liberty details the adaptation of the French nuclear strike forces to this challenging period to maintain a constant strategy of deterrence, the renewal of France's nuclear force, and how this will be projected into the remainder of the twenty-first the century with a new generation of fighter-bombers, submarines and missiles.
