Description

This is the second installment in the six book Athanasia series. In Athanasia, the vile immortal Mardok now sets his foul sights on conquering Methos, the last nation that stands in his way from being the eternal king of Athanasia. The line of kings hangs but by a thread. Sprasian and the crew of the Morning Star make an incredible discovery. After roughly 15 months on the sea they stumble across an unknown land where a giant 30-foot wall outlines the shores of the entire continent. In this land they discover creatures foreign to Athanasians, and only spoken of in myths and fairy tales. The land is ruled by a malevolent queen named Azriel and a king named Lorgos, who is subject to her. In this unknown land (Locknar), everyone does what is right in their own eyes. Lying is encouraged, theft is commonplace, murder is rampant and love of self is preeminent. In a land fraught with countless perils Sprasian seeks to find out why Sophos has brought him to this undiscovered country.
