Description

In Medieval France, 10-year-old Raoul wants to spend the holidays in the French Alps exploring the forest, but his little brother, Theo, complicates matters. The second day of their family's vacation, Raoul suggests an innocent game of hide and seek. This would give him time to explore while Theo hides. However, when Raoul goes looking, Theo is gone. Theo is nowhere to be found. Raoul is riddled with guilt and worry, not to mention the shame he feels from Mama, Papa and his sisters. Raoul offers to help his father and friends with the search but is denied since he is a boy. With help from Bart, a barefoot skiing elf called a Barbegazi, Raoul searches the forest and consults its creatures to find Theo, before it's too late. Bart introduces Raoul to a witch named Agatha. Through her ice ball, Raoul sees Theo has been a victim of kidnapping. Now, Raoul must plan to enter the enemy's castle and rescue his brother.
