Description

Silver Dragon is ravaging the werewolf community of St. Louis. It's a designer heroin powerful enough to cripple even the strongest shifters. When Anna Maddox's brother Kacey falls under its spell, she turns to the Children of Asclepius for help. Duncan Powell, their head alchemist, answers her plea and vows to bring Kacey back from the brink.

To do it, he seeks out Detective Sebastian Pearce of Unit Zero, the agency responsible for containing supernatural threats. Sebastian urges him to leave the case alone, but Duncan refuses. His search drags him into the Red District, where Kacey's trail is fading fast and the danger is far greater than anyone realized.

Sebastian and his partner are forced to intervene, pulling all three men into a conspiracy that reaches far beyond a single corrupted Were. Saving Kacey may expose the truth behind Silver Dragon… or doom them all.
