English summary: In this volume, Otmar Meuffels examines how and where committed Christians can bring their Trinitarian faith into civic citizenship. Assuming communicative-structural thought, an up-to-date aesthetic-dramatic Christology is developed in the Trinitarian creed, which then introduces God the Father as the creator of a world offering the scope to be part of social fulfilments. Added to this is the Holy Ghost's power that can pervade and persuade believers to help fashion society. The question is thus posed whether the Trinitarian faith's aptitude for plurality can meet current political theory at eye level and is accordingly also capable of participating in societal discussion. German description: Otmar Meuffels untersucht im vorliegenden Band wo und wie engagierte Christen ihren trinitarischen Glauben in einer Zivilburgerschaft einbringen konnen. Unter Voraussetzung eines kommunikativ-strukturalen Denkens wird im trinitarischen Credo zunachst eine asthetisch-dramatische Christologie in Bewahrung der Moderne entfaltet, um dann Gott-Vater als jenen Schopfer vorzustellen, der eine Welt als Moglichkeitsraum in gesellschaftlichen Vollzugen schafft. Daruber hinaus ist es auch die Kraft des Heiligen Geistes, die glaubige Menschen ergreifen kann, um die Gesellschaft mitzupragen. So wird in diesem Rahmen die Frage gestellt, ob die Pluralitatsfahigkeit des trinitarischen Glaubens auch der aktuellen politischen Theorie auf Augenhohe begegnen kann und entsprechend auch an eine gesellschaftliche Diskussion anschlussfahig ist.
