The basis is a personalistic anthropology. The search for the true form of man takes place in a modallogical understanding of history. It is about the interplay of ontological truth and empirical science. At the same time it is a contribution to the reformulation of a critical theory on the basis of a metaphysics of natural law. German description: In der interdisziplinaren Abhandlung geht es um eine Rechtsphilosophie und Ethik der Bestimmung des Verstandnisses von Fortschritt. Im Zentrum steht das Problem der Selbsttranszendenz des Menschen in seinem Weltverhaltnis in Oikos, Polis und Kosmos. Grundlage ist eine personalistische Anthropologie. Die Suche nach der wahren Form des Menschen spielt sich in einem modallogischen Verstandnis von Geschichte ab. Es geht um das Zusammenspiel ontologischer Wahrheit als Ausdrucksgestaltlehre und praxeologischer Erfahrungswissenschaft. Der Blick richtet sich auf die Uberwindung der Entfremdung des responsiven Subjekts als transzendentale Obdachlosigkeit des Menschen. Zugleich ist es ein Beitrag zur Reformulierung einer Kritischen Theorie auf der Grundlage einer Metaphysik des uberpositiven Naturrechts der personalen Wurde und der genossenschaftlichen Form der Miteinanderfreiheit in Miteinanderverantwortung.
