English summary: The Problem of the Commons in the Light of the Cologne Morphological School of the Cooperative Form The development of a health region in rural areas is morphologically understood as the formation of a solidary common good with free accessibility for the population and discussed as doing commons in a cooperative form as an umbrella organization. The focus is on the topic of social learning of sustainable and effective network formation in the light of the personalistic image of man of social freedom of the good life in successful coexistence. German description: Die Entwicklung einer im Sozialrecht verankerten Gesundheitsregion in landlichen Raumen wird morphologisch als Bildung eines solidarischen Gemeingutes mit freier Zuganglichkeit fur die Bevolkerung im Kontext der kommunalen Daseinsvorsorge verstanden und als Doing Commons in einer genossenschaftlichen Form als Dachorganisation diskutiert. Im Zentrum steht psychodynamisch das Thema der Rolle des passungsoptimalen Sozialcharakters im Prozess der nachhaltigen und effektiven Netzwerkbildung als Sozialraum im Lichte des personalistischen Menschenbildes der sozialen Freiheit des guten Lebens als kulturelle Grammatik eines gelingenden Miteinanders. Die Problematik wird in komplexer Weise interdisziplinar als Transformation hinsichtlich der notwendigen Voraussetzungen und der hinreichenden Bedingungen analysiert.
