English summary: In this study, Ulrich Lincoln attempts to clarify what it means when theology speaks of people listening to the Word of God. The study centers on interpretations of texts written by Karl Rahner, Rudolf Bultmann and Karl Barth and continues with the religious and philosophical notions of Paul Ricoeur and Soren Kierkegaard. Dimensions of listening that relate to phenomenology, hermeneutics, speech act theory and aesthetics are laid bare from a theological perspective. Generally speaking an analysis of the concept of listening always returns to the phenomena of resonance and testimony. The author takes these terms a step further towards the concept of attention. With the help of Kierkegaard, it becomes possible to develop approaches to a phenomenology of Christian attention which is based on the biblical call to stay alert. German description: Ulrich Lincoln versucht in der vorliegenden Untersuchung zu klaren, was die Theologie damit meint, wenn sie vom Horen des Menschen gegenuber dem Wort Gottes spricht. Interpretationen zu Texten von Karl Rahner, Rudolf Bultmann und Karl Barth stehen im Mittelpunkt und werden fortgefuhrt durch die religionsphilosophischen Einwurfe von Paul Ricoeur und Soren Kierkegaard. Phanomenologische, hermeneutische, sprechakttheoretische und asthetische Dimensionen des Horens werden in theologischer Perspektive freigelegt. Insgesamt sind es die Phanomene der Resonanz und des Zeugnisses, auf die eine Untersuchung des Horbegriffs immer wieder zuruckkommt. Diese Begriffe fuhrt der Autor weiter in Richtung auf den Begriff der Aufmerksamkeit. Mit Kierkegaard wird es moglich, Ansatze zu einer Phanomenologie der christlichen Aufmerksamkeit zu entfalten, die im biblischen Aufruf zum Wachen grundet.
