Iggy spent two million years underground, pressurized and furious, before he finally exploded into existence. Stella sang alone for billions of years before anyone answered. Ernst the mountain hasn't moved in 300 million years and he's very German about it. Thalassa the ocean is exhausted because everyone dumps everything into her—rivers, rain, tears, plastic, regrets—and she has to process all of it. Forever.

These are the Forces of Nature. They argue constantly. Zephyr the wind can't stop moving because thermodynamics won't let him. Ice is three personalities—Snap, Crackle, and Pop—who've been fighting about who came first since the planet cooled. Storm insists on being called Big Badda Boom (the full name, every time). And Legion? Legion is trillions of bacteria who can't agree on anything except that they're definitely Earth's consciousness. Probably. They're still arguing about it.

The science is real. Plate tectonics. Thermodynamics. Bacterial symbiosis. The water cycle. But you won't notice because you'll be too busy watching a German mountain learn to crack, or an ocean discover that receiving everything is actually her gift, or Earth itself wake up and realize it's been thinking all along.
