Porch pirates have invaded the neighborhood! Packages are being stolen from porches with no explanation as to why. The Neighborhood Watch hasn't been able to do anything about it. Then one day, the thieves steal a package from the wrong house: The Saunders residence!

Andy and Anna decide to face the porch pirates head on by creating their very own spy agency. Using sophisticated spy-gear, the twins enlist the help of their friends, and, of course, their very own velociraptor, Tennyson, to get to the bottom of the mystery.
