Anthroposophic medicines are effective in such a way that they stimulate, strengthen, regulate and harmonise the organism's own activity in differentiated ways.

Patients and parents do not just need the help of experts, they are experts themselves. From their own experience as patients or parents, they often know very well which circumstances have triggered or repeatedly trigger the disease to be treated, which symptoms are in the foreground in cases of recurrent illness, which course of the disease is typical in their case and often also what aggravates or alleviates the symptoms.

This is the starting point of this publication, the authors provide:

- Brief descriptions of the symptoms described by patients or their parents

- Brief descriptions of the medications that are therapeutically suitable and have proven their worth in this constellation

- Detailed descriptions of their application, which can be adapted to the patient's respective age and individual circumstances
