DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: Witnessing life and death through an inanimate object INSPIRED BY A TRUE STORY: Inspired by Rebecca’s life with her grandfather. Her mother was a doctor and Rebecca spent most of her childhood with her grandfather. She does have his chair in her living room now, along with a variety of other knickknacks that will make their way into the art. RE-READABILITY: Coco’s illustrations will make for great re-readings.
