She prepares a training book for me outlining how much time and how many miles I need to walk every day. Training starts January 23rd. I quit smoking January 22nd. This is just the beginning of my story. In my world of walking, everything slows down. My senses are heightened and my body is toned up. I cherish every moment of my life and thank God daily.
