A research based study was conducted on 62 patients, the coded herbal formula Spermox (Test drug) to treat idiopathic condition of oligospermia, the test drug spermox was compared with Fertilox (Control drug). The evaluation of both the test and control drug was made on the basic improvement in the subjective signs and symptoms, and pathogenicity for the lack of ability to produce periodic intervals during the course of treatment an increment in sperm concentration. The statistical analysis displayed a significant difference was noted between two treated groups (p0.05) at the end of therapy specifically in sperm increments. Therefore, it was concluded that the efficacy of the Spermox is significant (p0.05) and in many case fertilazation occurred.
