Feel that... a forty-year-old cold front has once again risen riding shotgun on the old Cheer-i-o Ice Cream truck that still serves up the best ice cream in the whole world. Its driver, the circusy Buster Dockins, who, thought to be long dead, has returned, but this time he is confecting a cone sprinkled with a soft-serve of spine-shivering sweetens that are so good, one could just die.

Back in the early 1950s, a band of prank-happy boys, who called themselves the West End Bunch, drove the dippy Buster to an accidental end. In generations to come, it is now the West End Bunch's children the ice cream man has his cold grip upon, and through them, their parents are topping up à la mode.

Boys will be boys, and the wicked never rest. Vengefully sweet, a scoop or two of revenge is a cone best served cold. So buckle up, it is going to be a rocky road. Now scream! Scream boys and girls, scream for the ice cream man, for Cheer-i-o ice cream is still the best ice cream in the whole world! How can one resist?
