The Meditations offered in this book are the inspirations of a Christian mystic and spiritual teacher, Rt. Rev. Helen Blighton, who studied and contemplated the Tarot and Cabbalistic Tree of Life for many years. Meditation on the cards in their proper sequence will reveal a great deal to the student. Better results can be obtained if you are also coloring, or have colored, the corresponding cards and look at them before starting to meditate.

Tarot 22 Keys – The Major Arcana cards were carefully designed and inspired as a result of Mother Ruth's meditation.
