There's not much negative to say about the market if you're looking at the major indexes, but it's also a fact that this rally has become awfully thin. The bigger-picture evidence remains bullish, so we think picking up good stocks still makes sense, but it's also a good idea to ease off the accelerator in the near term as earnings season rolls through.
Most of the issues the market had been suffering from are still out there—even after the recent rally, the intermediate-term trend of the major indexes is questionable. That said, we have begun to see support show up in the market, especially so among leading stocks—the bulls are putting up a fight. Market will fluctuate like it always does after a series of crazy actions.
