Transitioning into project leadership and executive roles within universities and leadership programs, Rochelle refined a clear philosophy: build people first, and sustainable systems will follow. In 2016, she founded Eduinfluencers, embracing the uncertainty of entrepreneurship with determination and a commitment to continuous improvement. Nearly a decade later, she expanded her mission with the launch of SENSE Training Australia, deepening her focus on capability, agency and purpose.

Parallel to her professional life ran extensive service through JCI. Over more than twenty years, Rochelle served locally, nationally and internationally—culminating in roles as National President of JCI Australia and International Vice President. Her leadership impacted hundreds of emerging leaders worldwide through training, mentoring and advocacy.

Central to her life is family.
