Description

Secrets of Health 2 E.S.P. is a children's story to help build emotional, spiritual, and psychological health (hence ESP). These qualities tend to be invisible at first glance and are often hidden inside. But these are qualities that build the foundation of personality and character. Parents are in the business of helping develop emotional and psychological well-being throughout the childhood and adolescent years.

This book is a companion to a previous children's book, Secrets of Health, which focuses on the physical aspects of forming healthy living habits, with poetry and artwork to engage the reader/listener. Yet as a parent, grandparent, and medical provider, it became apparent that, in our present society, mental and emotional health is of equal or greater importance.

This book also seeks to open the mind to the spiritual dimension that undergirds and oversees our lives. It shows connections to biblical wisdom that has transformed the course of history to create the modern world, and gives us insight to making the most of this life.
