Calm, steadfast, and unyielding in his pursuit of justice, Buster is a beacon of lawfulness in a world often fraught with chaos.
However, the serene rhythm of Sundown Ridge is disrupted with the arrival of a vibrant circus, parading into the town amidst a fanfare of anticipation and excitement.
