It has expectant chemists to work out synthetic strategies and approaches that can be used for the construction of libraries. Combinatorial chemistry can be done on a solid support or in solution. Even though solid-phase chemistry definitively has some rewards we opted for the construction of libraries using the solution-phase approach.
