Riding around all day on your bike, eating and drinking tens of thousands of calories before anyone knew what a calorie was. Health and safety just a glint in a really boring person’s eye. Crashpads?! Helmets?! Seatbelts?! Rub some dirt on it.

Prawn cocktail, Angel Delight, Arctic Roll. All washed down with gallons of delicious fruity creamy Cresta. You want something fizzy instead? We make our own drinks fizzy now. Deal with it.

Glam rock, Punk and Disco?! Enough said. The air heady with the commingling scent of Brut and Anais Anais. Though admittedly long term it wasn’t a wholly positive thing, smoking was cool. Colour TV, video recorders and answering machines. Welcome to the future.
