Description

Yang Kato is a member of the New Tian Police Department's Gifted Officer Division. These elite "Heavenly Gifted" officers have superhuman strength that allows them to compete with modern guns. But after his partner, Mei Kuramoto, and the rest of the division strangely disappears, Kato adopts his role as The White Lotus. He kills criminals, paints walls bloody, and does anything it takes to find Mei in the corrupted city of New Tian.
