Description

It was just another Monday morning for Kristen Modafferi. She left her place of residence,in Oakland California, and headed to work. Just as she had done many times before, Kristen walked to the BART subway station and headed into San Francisco. She clocked in for her 7 a.m. shift at Spinelli's Coffee, located on the ground floor of the Crocker Galleria. She worked her shift, and left the coffee shop at 3 p.m.
At 3.45 p.m. her coworkers saw her in the mall, a sighting that they were not expecting since Kristen was usually far from the area by that time. She was walking side to side with an unidentified blonde woman on the 2nd floor of the mall, and her co-workers assumed they were just two co-eds casually exploring the mall. They thought nothing of it.
That was the last time anyone saw Kristen Modafferi.
