In The Patchwork Girl of Oz, Ojo the Unlucky searches through the Land of Oz to find the antidote to the Liquid of Petrifaction, a potion that has turned his Unc Nunkie to marble. With the help of patchwork girl Scraps, Bungle the Glass Cat, the Woozy, Dorothy, the Shaggy Man, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Woodman, Ojo gathers four of the five ingredients needed to cure Unc Nunkie. But in order to find the last ingredient and save Unc Nunkie from his stone prison, the adventurers need the help of the wonderful Wizard of Oz.
