I was shattered after the death of my son from an overdose, and I needed to get my life in order. Seeing myself as a whole was too overwhelming, so I began my journey into the chakras—my body's energy centers. That allowed me to address parts of my living into smaller sections to become aware of any issues that needed to be healed, looking at them from a different perspective and learning how to balance my body, mind, and emotions. To live a more joyful life, each of us needs to take this journey of renewal periodically… it is worth the effort and is thrilling to rediscover your power to live the life you want.
And so we begin a journey together …
