Written by Lucy Byrne, whose background and expertise in health and community underpins her current work as a connection specialist. Lucy, who is also a dedicated Mum, co-founded the award-winning company Healthy Tasmania, and was inspired to write this children's book when her son, at six years old, could name all the planets in the solar system but had no idea why sugar wasn't great for him. That moment made her realise how tricky it can be for parents to talk to their kids about healthy habits in a way that makes sense to them.
