Rory:
Turns out angry vampires are a pain in my ass. And apparently they really want to be a pain in my throat, as well. The vampire that wants Layla dead isn't about to give up, and it's more than either Layla or I can handle. If it means saving Layla's life, I'm even willing to work with vampire hunters from WRAITHS. But vampires are a hell of a problem, even for professional vampire hunters. And the thing is...I've fallen hard for Layla. I'll die to keep her safe. And honestly? I'm starting to wonder if that's what it'll take.
