In a place like New Orleans, a werewolf and a dude holding a talking head doesn't really stand out.

I know what you're thinking. Damien, you're the underboss of Orlando. Why would you want to leave? Well, I didn't, but when a zombie head starts talking about a human separatist conspiracy and the history of where Nosferatu came from, I follow the clues, which takes me on a road trip.

Oh, and I'm supposed to be delivering a keynote address to the Assembly of Nine, the governing body of the supernatural world. I was unaware that getting promoted to be the second in command would require responsibility.

Now, my stoner werewolf brother and I hit Bourbon Street where we keep getting distracted, dare I say charmed, and meet some of the colorful locals. After running into the leader of a religious cult who is in league with my father, I feel maybe I'm drawn to New Orleans by design. Something wants me away from the familiar streets of Orlando to cut me off from the Balance.

Laissez les bons temps rouler, my dudes! I'm in in New Orleans, and it ain't getting easier.
