Old models have been swept away as innovations in every field have become commonplace. Business and other organisations that are unable to develop innovations, or cannot quickly absorb and adapt to new innovations, will be crushed by the global competitive forces. This book works outwards from the idea that innovation leads to continuous and discontinuous changes at all levels and in all areas of business and society.
