While perfecting the energy of immortality, the High Guardians and their crew persist in the war against the new Demon King and his followers. From Mars to Earth, Blight scatters his armies across the world, advancing forward to strengthen his hold on humanity.

Darkness descends and mayhem flourishes, and the sons of the gods discover an older and deadlier presence looming upon the planet, making the Demon King second on their list. To help tip the scale between light and dark, two gods intervene, giving the world a new weapon and a new power.

The final battle will decide the outcome of Earth and another planet, six hundred light years away. And the fate of humanity will be determined by how soon the new recruits can master their new powers, while living completely new lives.
