About the Author:

Martin Carter grew up in Inchicore, a suburb of Dublin, Ireland which played a role during the 1916 Easter Rising and features the Irish National War Memorial Gardens, commemorating Irish soldiers who died in World War I. He still lives in Dublin, and works for the Health Service Executive with young adults on the autism spectrum. Hobbies include writing and painting "when I get the time."
